Chantel Miller – Aerial Yoga Instructor

Hi, I’m Chantel! I’ve always been a fitness enthusiast. I’ve done a little bit of everything ranging from team participation sports such as volleyball and track, to appearing onstage (and placing!) as a natural body building competitor.

After a series of surgeries, I needed to find a new fitness outlet. Then I found aerial yoga at The ADM Studios and fell in love! The healing properties associated with flying captivated me, as it is more than just a release, but restorative both physically as well as emotionally. Even after attending several classes a week, I found myself wanting more. So, I purchased my own hammock and began to practice at home as well.

Soon, I found myself sharing my experience, the amazing benefits, and of course the incredible fun of my new hobby with family and friends. From there, I decided to go all-in and completed the 250-hour instructor training. Now, I’m ready to help you fly, too! Participants of all shapes, sizes, ages, and walks of life can find a means to meet their fitness goals, and I look forward to helping you achieve those through aerial yoga.
